    American Eagle Gold Corp.

Reports drill core assay results for the NAK Cu Project, Smithers, BC

    Note:
Page 1's and South Zone Eastern Expansion paragraph's CuEq values lack contributing grades. 'Open' lacks geological context. 'Footprint expansion', 'mineralized envelope', 'demonstrated continuous stock-hosted mineralization', 'significant expansion', 'newly demonstrated mineralized system', 'materially increases the mineralized footprint', and 'coherent mineralized body extending from surface to significant depth' lack an updated MRE. 'Increasingly copper-rich', 'higher-grade intervals', 'increased substantially in tenor', and 'highest-grade' lacks assay values or ranges. 'Significant', 'large', 'strong', 'broad', and 'sporadic copper mineralization' lacks metrics. CuEq uses estimated recoveries: '80% metallurgical recoveries assumed for all metals.' Core size, 4-acid assay weight are missing. Intervals are without a Maximum Internal Dilution and a minimum grade.

    Banyan Gold Corp.

Releases drill core assay results for the AurMac Au Project, Mayo, YT

    Note:
Highlight intervals lack 'from' distances. Figure 1's Au grade (g/t) x Interval (m) mixes grade over distance inconsistent with a MRE. Figures 2 & 5 lack assay values or ranges. Figures 3, 4, & 6 lack stratigraphy code descriptions and 'OPEN' lacks geological context. Core sample length, prep method, 4-acid & metallic screen assay weights, QA/QC insertion rate, and QA/QC verification results are missing. Intervals are without a Maximum Internal Dilution and a minimum grade.

    GoldHaven Resources Corp.

Enters into a Title Transfer Agreement to acquire a 100 % interest in 5 mineral tenures contiguous with the Magno Ag-Pb-Zn-In-W Project, Good Hope Lake, BC

    Note:
'Elevated copper' and 'up to' lack assay values or ranges. Grab & 'samples' lack a sample type (outcrop, float). Sample weight, prep & assay method, and a QA/QC description are missing.

    Talent Infinity Resources Developments Inc.

Acquires the Silver Giant Pb-Zn-Cu-Sb-Cd Project, Golden, BC

    News Release

    Trans Canada Gold Corp.

Announces a corporate update and Spring 2026 drilling plans at the Harrison Lake Au Project, Harrison Lake, BC

    Note:
Intercepts lack 'from' distances. '“Gold in soil” anomalies' lack assay values or ranges. Core size, sample length, true width, collar table, prep & assay method, and a QA/QC description are missing. Intervals are without a Maximum Internal Dilution and a minimum grade.

    News Release

    Volt Carbon Technologies Inc.

Provides a technical update on the historical geochemical data and recent metallurgical work from the Mount Copeland Mo-REE and the Red Bird Projects, Revelstoke, Burns Lake, BC

    Note:
'Up to' lacks assay values or ranges. 'MoS2 Equivalent' are applied to non-independent XRF results. Sample size/weight, prep & assay method, MoS2 Equivalent parameters & equation, and a QA/QC description are missing. XRF measures total elemental concentrations and does not distinguish between molybdenite (MoS2), wulfenite (PbMoO4), or powellite (CaMoO4). Converting to oxide and then to sulfide introduces conversion factor errors if the stoichiometric assumptions (e.g., that all Mo is MoS2) do not match the mineralogy. In metallurgical processing, converting sulfides to oxides is common, but in exploration geology, assuming an oxide-to-sulfide conversion can lead to overestimation of ore grade if the mineral is already oxidized.
